Well visit CY CONDO, where they ignore thai laws, have a collective of condo owners ready to take your deposit and things. But oops maybe that just my imagination. Experience it yourself.

" Be careful with your belongings and the deposit to stay. Also not OK to rent a condo on daily/weekly basis. Do not provide TM30 to immigration. But they try... ?
