Current account no. 501-0-47892-7, passport no. YC3351038. I'm having a problem with the app: I can't make any online transactions, such as money transfers or bill payments, either by directly entering the company code PEA, NT(Tot), and others, or even using the QR reader. The system asks for a photo, but even though I frame the vote correctly, the circle remains red: forward, backward, and various angles, but the photo isn't accepted. I even went to the branch and the girl managed to make a transaction. So I was hoping the problem had been resolved. Yesterday I had to make a money transfer, but yesterday the problem arose again. I need to be able to make transactions, and if the problem isn't resolved, I'll be forced to change banks.
