I wish to return to Thailand soon for 3 months to train muay thai. But I want to be able to access my medicine. Please can you highlight any nessacery information you would need for me to acquire my prescription from you? I can provide my assessment, my previous prescriptions and a letter from my current English psychiatrist. Thank you

I had a bad accident 24 years ago and have taken temazepam 30 mg 2 or 3 nights per week to help with my chronic insomnia since 24 years ago. I am in Canada now but am thinking of moving to Chiang Mai where I lived for many years. Thank you! : )

I was diagnosed by a psychologist with adhd a few years ago. I initially decided against drug treatment but the stress of travelling has unmasked symptoms that are affecting my quality of life and my relationship, namely anger, emotional dysregulation, losing things, poor concentration and anxiety. I would like to discuss possibly stating medication to help with these symptoms. If you could assist me in contacting the relevant department I would be very grateful. Many thanks, Rhys
