The shop is in the Mae Hia fresh market in the morning, but in the evening it is open across the road. It's a small shop. The sausage is delicious, dry, not greasy, lots of spices and herbs, not fishy, fresh. They also have ribs, grilled steamed pork chops, chili paste, and various dips.
You can also buy it to take home. There is a vacuum pack.
