After 4 days of use, it will no longer switch on ... all I get is a black screen and some faint music playing in the background. Do you have a service engineer that can visit my condo and try to fix it? I don't have a car and it is to large for me to carry on my bike or even in a taxi. it is a 55" Crystal UHD UE800F 4K Smart TV (2025). I have tried many times to buy a meat tray and cover customer service did order the parts for me but they were wrong and they could not get the right parts l emailed samsung thailand many times but no reply.
