The parcel was meant to arrive in the United Kingdom within 2 weeks however it has not yet arrived. Upon trying to check our parcel on the website, we can see a message stating that there was an unsuccessful delivery and the item has been returned back to the sender. We were told by Mae Ping Post Office that if there were any issues with the parcel we would be contacted immediately via both email and whatsapp. However, we have not received any communication to inform us of the postal issues, leading us to believe there were none. We are very concerned as we do not know where our parcel may be, and it was has been 2 weeks now since our parcel was “returned back to sender”. We are not in Chiang Mai and will not be returning to Thailand so we will be unable to collect said parcel. Please can you kindly inform us on the status of our parcel or what the next steps are as soon as possible as this has caused great concern. 	Sage Posted on May 09, 2025 at 14:19:22 Hi :) a couple weeks ago I send a letter from Mae ping post office chinag mai to tagounite Morocco. And it was my first time sending a letter so I didn’t remember to write my friends full real name on the card, instead of their full name I wrote there nick name. I also wrote there gmail that was on their instagram and my gmail and full name aswell. They have been to the post office/bank In Morocco multiple time to try and receive it and they can’t get it because they have no proof it’s theirs and them saying the gmail I put in the letter (sagewanhella@mail.com) isn’t enough evidence. I received no code and apparently I was supposed to receive one so when my friend went he could tell the post office the delivery code or something like that. I’m not sure what to do or if there is no way my friend can receive the letter now. Please gmail with any information thanks

Sadhoe, she sent a package from you to the Netherlands on 27-03-24 mercuriushof 4, unfortunately she was too late to pick up this package and it was sent back to you around 12-06-2024. it concerns package number: CS003532856TH. 	David Chang Posted on November 14, 2023 at 02:04:13 Hi - I received a message that Thailand Post could not deliver an order I purchased while traveling in Thailand in August. This is the message: "Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience and we would like to inform you that the item no.EE199679270TH could not be forwarded to destination because its content was prohibit item . So, it has to be held at Mae Ping Post office awaiting for the sender to receive it back." Since I own the wooden elephant, can I authorize it to be sent to me? Also - I don't know why the shipment is being held as it should have contained only a wooden elephant statue. Please advise. Dave
