Anonymous Posted on October 03, 2011 at 15:29:58 This is a nice, clean, new building in a busy part of Chang Phuak neighborhood. It only has 3 stories and 10 apartments. The place has lots of wood and is well-maintained. They offer one and two bedroom furnished apartments, with good-sized kitchens. The 2BR apartments have one or two bathrooms. There are no studios. It's a little expensive, but really the apartments are just as nice or nicer than the big expensive mansion that's on Soi WiangBua, and Porn Pen is less expensive. The management is friendly, and they're careful to rent just to mature people who will take good care of the place and won't disturb others. They'll arrange for you to have someone clean your apartment for you for just a little extra per month. The neighborhood is a bit noisy and congested, and it's not well-designed for pedestrians, but if you have a vehicle, it's a pretty convenient location. It's close to a great local market, Thanin Market, and there's also a Tops Supermarket. Worth taking a look at if you don't want a studio apartment.
