I have an HP laptop with an Intel core processor 2.6GHz. It is not compatible with Windows 11. Can you upgrade the processor to a more powerful processor? If so can you give me an approximate estimate?

I am at Pa Pae.
I have a HP Spectre x360 Convertible Model 13-ae088nz and it seems the processor is damaged.
Also with Bluetooth I have a problem.
Do you repair such things?
If yes, what would be the approximate cost, and how long would it take?
