Ploy is a passionate vegan and an advocate for a plant-based lifestyle. Part of the inspiration for opening the Kin Dee By Mala Dhara in the Old City is to share the same delicious plant-based vegan dishes enjoyed for so many years by hundreds of yogis on retreat at Mala Dhara's Main Campus - with the entire Chiang Mai community.
