“Khao Peeb” is a local language. The word “Peob” means to fold back and forth. Khao Peeb is something that is halfway between noodles, khanom jeen, and pak mo. It is made by spreading a thin sheet of flour on a stretched white cloth. on the mouth of the pot But it's the same flour that makes khanom jeen noodles. It won't be as clear as Pak Mor powder. You will fold the wrap inside with vermicelli and vegetables or add eggs. This restaurant is owned by a Sukhothai native who lives in Chiang Mai. There are menus like Khao Pan Mai, Khao Pan Egg, and Khao Pan Chili. You can eat all of this by yourself and you'll be full. You get a lot. These 2 dishes are only 90 baht.
