Store 52902 Big C Chiang Mai 2 I bought 3 pairs of shoes over Friday (8 August 2025) and Saturday (9 August 2025) (2,500 THB total). After realizing my size was wrong, I returned to exchange them for a style with a rubber band at the back, which gives me better support as I’m a teacher on my feet for 9 hours a day. This morning, the female salesperson ignored me to help other customers who arrived after me. Then the male salesperson, who was friendly yesterday, suddenly became rude after speaking with her in Thai. He told me I could only exchange once, demanded I repay my Friday discount, refused a refund, and spoke to me very disrespectfully. I’ve always loved Bata, but I’ve never been treated like this anywhere in the world. Very upsetting experience. René Mulder ( renemulder055@gmail.com)
