I also was tricked by 'Tom Sabaidee' (Facebook-Name), real name Kridtapas Kiratikhajorndejakul, from XayaTours, Ch.Mai: In April 2012 I booked 3 flights and paid by Visa to his account. Some days later I went back to Austria. At home I permanently checked my flights online (Amadeus, Check-My-Trip, EvaAir, Thai Airw.). I always got answer 'Confirmed'. But end of Oct. the airlines cancelled the flights because 'Tom' never had paid and had worked with my money for half a year! I had to buy new flights again (online). Back in Ch.Mai in Nov.12, I got great help of the TOURIST POLICE (headquarter is now near the Zoo, Tel. 1155). The 2 officers, Mr. ATTACHAI and Mr. TONGCHAI, made an excellent job for me and 'Tom' had to refund 47.000 Baht = 1580 USD to me in the police station. Since end of Dec.12 Xaya-Tours is closed, the shop is empty. WARNING: Take care if you buy a ticket: It must have an official TICKET-NUMBER and not only a reservation code! If you have problems in Ch.Mai take assistance from Tourist Police. Pep. from Austria.

This company stole $500 from myself and my girlfriend. We are traveling from Canada and booked round trip tickets through them to Myanmar and then a connecting flight back to Krabi. When we arrived at the airport, the tickets did not exist- they gave us fakes! As we had to beg other passengers to pay for our tickets so we could get to Bangkok, we got hold of Tom Sabaidee (the man who sold us the fraudulent tickets) and he promised to wire the money to us. After a week of chasing him down over the phone, he changed his number and won't return my calls or emails. STAY AWAY FROM XAYA TOURS!!
