The Salad Concept is probably Chiang Mai's most famous and most popular salad restaurant. Frequented by both Thai, farang and other foreigners, it offers a range of salads, additions, dressings and juices for the health-conscious consumer. Go here if your stomach gets full of veggies only, if you're on paleo diet, or if for any other reason you shun carbo's. Don't go here if you're a big eater, a real sportsman or you need carbo to fill you up.
The quality of the salads is quite nice, and the restaurant claims that the veggies are all organic from farms in the surroundings of Chiang Mai.
