This is a small local shop that has been in the area for ages, probably from before Nimman area started to boom.
Rodyiam beef noodle offers one of the best noodles in Chiang Mai. It's signature dish is obviously the "Beef noodle". Very delicious and a must-try if you're in the neighbourhood.
