Lead time for proof + mass production 2. Proofing options and cost (digital proof / 1-copy physical sample) 3. International shipping: Do you offer international courier shipping (e.g., DHL / FedEx / UPS) to Tokyo? If yes, please quote: • Shipping cost estimate (1000 copies; please advise carton size/weight) • DAP or DDP terms (who pays import duties/taxes) Also, I’m currently in Chiang Mai.
