HOW DOES A TYPICAL COUPLES MASSAGE GO? WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

All Couples Massages must be booked in advance, you cannot walk-in and go. This is because we have to reserve the right team of therapists for you, there is no line up of staff waiting in the shop.

From the moment of first contact to the moment you leave the shop, a personal Well-Being Manager is available to you at all times. Her sole responsibility is to make sure that you are safe and comfortable at all times. During your time in our shop, you can reach her at any time for anything. If the room is too cold, if there is a communication issue with your therapist, or if you feel uncomfortable in any way, she is standby for you with the ease of one button press.

During advance booking, your personal Well-Being Manager will identify your needs first. If you have any special requests, this is the time to start discussing. Intimate Couples Massage is one of the most difficult massages, because there are four energies in the room, each with their own boundaries. It is therefore very important to make sure that what we can offer aligns with your expectations.

You can secure your booking with a booking deposit for which there are several convenient payment options available (WeChat Pay, Alipay, credit card, Paypal, bank transfer).

On the day of your session, it is best to arrive well in time as the therapists may have another booking after you. We certainly do not want to rush things and there may be a booking after you. Also, this will allow you sufficient time to settle in, familiarise yourself with our space, to further discuss you needs with your personal Well-Being Manager in an intake or clarify additional options on the menu or to use extra facilities (such as Jacuzzi or herbal steam) and so on. Don't worry, you can chill out first with some tea and cookies.

Your Well-Being Manager will then lead you to your room. All Couples Massages take place in our dedicated Couples Room, which is separate from other rooms. This is to keep your male partner separate from other female customers who may be enjoying a Yoni massage alone. There may be other guests in the building at the same time, but normally not on the same floor, providing you and other customers maximum privacy.

There are 2 single beds in the Couples Room. You can either choose to have a sense of semi-privacy by using a see-through curtain and keep some distance, or you can move the beds together and hold your hands, as you wish.

Use of Jacuzzi and/or herbal steam is complementary, if you wish. Please spare enough time for that in advance of your booking time and inform your Well-Being Manager. A possible way is to use Jacuzzi before and herbal steam after the massage.

During the massage session, it is recommended to communicate your needs to the therapists. For example, harder, softer, more on this spot, less on the other, and so on.

After the session, you can chill out in our lounge and give remarks to your Well-Being Manager. We appreciate all feedback to make sure we keep improving.
