Miss Spa is a long established erotic massage parlour in Chiang Mai. Over the years, it hasn't changed much. The last time I visited was probably 5 years ago and recently. Both times were not that impressive.
On the menu there are options for body to body massage as well as full service (sex) at the usual prices but don't expect ANYTHING of the massage part: if you choose body to body massage, most likely the girl will simply focus on giving you a handjob. If you choose full service, there is hardly any body to body massage, she'll start to wank you, kiss your nipples and then go over to business (sex).

In other words, there is no real training by the shop, the girls typically cut things short and focus only on finishing you. Whether or not you have a good experience will then mostly depend on whether you have a nice girl or not, if she makes some more effort or not.
The girl I had most recently did nicely in the f#cking part, but there was not much interesting foreplay. Both times, I walked out within half an hour because there is simply nothing to do anymore. The shower before and after, the sex or HJ, it all fits in just half an hour and if you would drain it, probably the girl won't know how to make it interesting. Unfortunately, the shop doesn't have a FAST menu, that would make it more affordable and suitable for how the girls wish to operate.

Overall, Miss Spa is good if you see a hot girl that you like and you just want to do it, the prices are average in Chiang Mai, perhaps even a few hundred baht more than shops in the neighbourhood, the treatment is nothing out of the ordinary.
