Lover Spa opened up around 2018 or so at a different from the current location and moved to Nimman area in the covid-19 period. It's a rather mediocre erotic massage parlour, even a bit below average in Chiang Mai. When in Chiang Mai, it should definitely not be your first choice, there are better options available elsewhere in town, even nearby.

From many things, you will notice this place isn't very well managed. The receptionist in the shop is extremely unfriendly, she can be replaced over time, but the same system will be in place.
One of the worst things during booking is that you are NEVER allowed to see the girl. You have to select the girl from just one picture, not even several pictures. Even though the girls are waiting for customers in a room next to the lobby, they won't come out and present themselves to you, which is rather common for erotic massage parlours everywhere. So you got to choose from a picture on the iPad, if the girl looks more ugly than in reality (which is normally the case), or even totally doesn't look like it at all, you're stuck with her because you already paid the money. You won't even be allowed to change to another girl.
This means that almost by definition, you won't have exactly the girl you like, because most of the time, she won't look as nice as on a picture.
This is one of the worst parts of the management system here.

The rooms are very basic, some of the skirting on the wall is loose, the bathrooms look old and a bit dirty. So there is no luxury here, no jacuzzi rooms, no new fresh rooms with new facilities.

The girl will ask you if you want to shower or if she should help you. Because the shower holder is broken, she only has one hand to help you shower because the other hand has to hold the shower holder. There is nothing sensual about the shower, there is no play, no sensual touch, no thorough cleaning either. You might just as well do it alone.

Then the massage part. There is a 15-20min general massage on the back, with or without oil. No nuru gel, don't be surprised if the girl hasn't even heard of it. Then she'll rub her (silicon) breasts against your back for another 5 min. No teasing, no sensual touch, no play, no excitement. Turn over, breast rubbing again and let's put on the condom. Even though she's done it thousands of times, don't be surprised if she puts it on clumsily.
Then follows the standard blowjob with condom. It's not bad but nothing out of the ordinary. Sometimes she'll do it without condom, but I don't take the risk of getting some STD.

Finally sex is the standard moaning and humping until you release one shot, then it's shower and go home without anybody asking you how it was.

Overall, this place is basically a simple brothel for just f#cking, nothing more, nothing less. The only good thing about the place is the location, easy to walk from anywhere in Nimman area, and the price is mild (THB 2,300 for full service).
This would be acceptable if you like the girl, but the problem is you won't be sure to have a girl that you like.

So overall, I would totally not recommend this place. Only if you would be sure of a pretty girl that you like would it be worth the money just to f#ck her, without excitement, sensuality or any special feeling or service.

TIP: if you are in the neighbourhood and want to have full service (sex), you can find much better service and management just a few streets away in Lola Love Massage. If you just want an erotic massage with happy ending by hand, you can try Senz~ Diva in the same street and All about Touch down the road on the other side, both with much better concept, girls and service.

객실은 상당히 오래되고 낡았으며, 마사지사의 서비스도 최소한에 그칩니다. 결국 이곳에서 기대할 수 있는 건 단지 예쁜 여자와의 친밀한 시간뿐인데, 서비스나 감각적인 분위기, 객실을 기대해서 가는 곳은 아닙니다. 그런데 정작 예쁜 여성을 만날 수 있을지도 확신할 수 없습니다.
방 안에는 한국인 손님에게 여성을 때리지 말라는 경고문이 벽에 붙어 있는데, 이는 상당히 모욕적으로 느껴집니다.
종합적으로 보아 이 업소는 추천할 수 없습니다. 주변에 훨씬 더 나은 대안들이 많습니다.

部屋はかなり古く、使い込まれており、女性のサービスも最低限です。そのため、ここで期待できるのは「ただ可愛い女性と親密になること」だけで、サービスの質や官能的な雰囲気、部屋の快適さを求めて行く場所ではありません。それでも、可愛い女性に当たるかどうかすら確信できません。
総合的に見て、この店はおすすめできません。周辺にはもっと良い選択肢がたくさんあります。
