I'm a down-to-earth guy, so I like the pictures but ask to see the girls in real. It's always better and pictures can be misleading. There is a line up of some 4 girls, reasonably attractive, I pick one.

Overall, Club RolePlay is a creative new player in the Chiang Mai market. The girls are cute enough, although there aren't that many girls yet. The rooms create a nice, different environment. There are many packages, even starting from as short as 30 min (!), although after the discounts the price is in the end about the same as the the cheaper Thai B2Bs in town. But for real roleplay, I think you should not expect too much, as it is very difficult to train the girls and there are too many new girls coming in and out who aren't fully trained into the concept.
